EVENT COVERAGE
In response to the Invitation For Bids (IFB), ' FBR's Active-Active Data Center supply, configuration and installation' published in Major Newspapers on June 15th, 2018.
Two per-bid Conferences were conducted by FBR.First Pre-Bids Conference was held on 26.06.2018. In which the queries of the bidders were taken up and it was further requested to send their concerns by 02.07.2018, all questions were responded via emails as agreed to all bidders on 03.07.2018.
The 2nd Pre-Bids Conference on the same was conducted on05.07.2018.Honorable Hafiz Mohammad Indhar (Project Director (TAGR and Member of the Procurement Committee); Worthy Khawaja Adnan Zahir( Member-IT and Member of the Procurement Committee) Mr. Talha Aziz Khan (Secretary Procurement Committee); Syeda Adeela Bokhari Chief (TAGRProcurement) ; Mr. Aftab Razzaqi (Chief TAGR) and technical team members (Mr. Rizwan Siddiqi; Mr Ashfaq Ahmad; ) were present in the final Pre-Bids Conference.
Any further concerns of the bidders were responded and hard copies of queries already responded till 03.07.2018 were also handed over to each bidder. Some other concerns were discussed and noted which will be responded by Monday 09.07.2018.
The Bids Submission for the for the same will take place at FBR Auditorium on 18.07.2018 at 11:00 hours and theBids Opening for the same will be conducted the same day at 11:30 hours in presence of the bidders.
