VOLUNTARY TAX COMPLIANCE SCHEME, 2015

Regional Tax office, Hyderabad has arranged a seminar for its officers and focal persons, Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Small Traders for Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme, 2015. At 11:00 AM, Followin officers have attended the seminar:

Dr. Mohammad Ali Saand, Chief Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad, gave introduction of Voluntary Tax Compliance Scheme, 2015 to the officer.

Mr. Muhammad Shamim, Additional Commissioner, gave presentation on the Scheme in detail and discussed the new section inserted in the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

  • All the officers discussed all the aspects of newly launched Scheme. They throughly deliberated on:
  •  Insertion of section 99A in Income Tax Ordinance, 2001
  •  Eligibility for the Voluntary Tax Compliance Sheme, 2015
  •  Clarifications regarding service
  •  Scheme for Non Filers
  •  Scheme for Filers
  •  Various Conditions laid down for the Scheme
  •  Procedures & Payments laid down in th Ninth Schedule, and
  •  Benefits

After concluding the seminar Dr. Mohammad Ali Saand, Chief Commissioner RTO Hyderabad visited the Taxpayers’ Facilitation Kiosks established in main RTO Building and monitor himself all the arrangements being made for the taxpayers.
Subsequently, at 3:00 PM members from Hyderabad Chamber and Commerce & Industries attended the seminar and discussed various aspects of the Scheme. Chief Commissioner, RTO Hyderabad encouraged them to opt for the said Scheme.
Moreover, at 4:30 PM members of Small Traders Association attnded the said seminar and found it so useful for the small traders
