CCIR RTO-II Lahore, Khawaja Adnan Zahir visited the unit offices of District Okara on 3rd March 2016. Mr. Shaban Bhatti CIR Zone-XI RTO-II, Mr. Rehan Safdar ADCIR (WHT) and Mr. Azhar Jahangir Staff Officer to CCIR Lahore also accompanied. The main purposes of the said visit was to strengthen tax office located in Districts and assign all functions to such unit officers at District level, as per instruction of FBR. Accordingly, the function of Tax Payer’s Audit, Enforcement, IP, BTB as well Monitoring of WHT were assigned to such District Units. This would also help in tax payer’s facilitation. The CCIR also visited TFC at Okara which is under construction.
