| 13. | Bank Statement Current 6 months (Last balance of Rs.300,000/-) |
| 14. | Active Taxpayers List (ATL) Sales Tax and Income Tax |
| 15. | Online NTN/STRN Inquiry (Principal Activity Importer/Exporter) |
