Latest FBR Releases
In the light of directions of the Prime Minister an exclusive option titled “FBR” has been included in the Pakistan Citizen Portal which will be made available to all taxpayers/citizens having complaints or grievances with regard to affairs dealt by FBR. By this option, at one hand the complainants will avail remote access facility and seamless connectivity to the office of the Chairman FBR in complaints lodging and on the other side it will help the organization to boil down the workload and time lapse in conventional handling of complaints. The option will not only help in identification of grey areas in service delivery process but also provide useful information for long term reforms and policy formulation.
پاکستان سٹیزن پورٹل پر ایف بی آر کی خصوصی کیٹیگری کو شامل کر لیا گیا۔
فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریوینیو نے اعلامیہ جاری کیا ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ وزیر اعظم پاکستان کی ہدایات پرایف بی آر سے متعلقہ پاکستان سٹیزن پورٹل پر خصوصی کیٹکگری شامل کر دی گئی ہے ۔ اس کی بدولت نہ صرف ٹیکس گزاروں اور شہریوں کی ایف بی آر سے متعلقہ شکایات کا جلد ازالہ ممکن ہو گا بلکہ شکایت گزار اور ایف بی آر کے درمیان تعلق کو آسان بنایا جا سکے گا اورشکایت کےاندراج کے روائیتی طریقہ کار سے بھی چھٹکارہ ممکن ہو گا۔ لوگوں کی شکایات پر فی الفور عمل درآمد ہو گا اور ادارے کی بہتری کے لئے مناسب منصوبہ بندی اور اصلاحات بھی مر تب کئے جائیں گے۔
