Customs Enforcement Quetta has seized 275,000 litres of smuggled diesel and two prime movers, together valued at Rs. 190 million, in two major anti-smuggling operations conducted in and around the city. A total of 11 diesel-laden vehicles were intercepted during the coordinated raids.

 

Acting on credible intelligence from the Collector of Customs Enforcement Quetta, enforcement teams, supported by other law enforcement agencies, carried out targeted actions that successfully disrupted significant smuggling attempts involving diesel transportation and heavy vehicles.

 

 

The seized diesel, trucks, and prime movers have been taken into custody, and legal proceedings under the Customs Act, 1969 are now underway. These operations form a key component of the Collectorate’s intensified enforcement drive to curb smuggling and dismantle illegal trade networks across the region.

 

The Federal Board of Revenue has commended the Quetta Enforcement team and reiterated its unwavering commitment to combating smuggling, illicit trade, and all forms of unlawful economic activity.

کسٹمز انفورسمنٹ کوئٹہ کی سمگلنگ کے خلاف دو بڑی کاروائیاں؛ 19 کروڑ روپے مالیت کا  ڈیزل اور پرائم موورز ضبط

کلیکٹر کسٹمز انفورسمنٹ کوئٹہ کی مصدقہ اطلاع پر عمل کرتے ہوئے، کسٹمز انفورسمنٹ کوئٹہ کی ٹیم نے دیگر قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کے ساتھ مل کر کوئٹہ اور اس کے اطراف میں دو کامیاب چھاپے مارے۔ کارروائی کے دوران 11 گاڑیاں برآمد کی گئیں جن میں 2 لاکھ 75 ہزار لیٹر اسمگل شدہ ڈیزل موجود تھا، جس کی مالیت تقریباً 15 کروڑ روپے ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ 2 پرائم موورز بھی قبضے میں لیے گئے جن کی مالیت تقریباً 4 کروڑ روپے ہے۔

یہ کارروائیاں کلیکٹریٹ کی اسمگلنگ اور غیر قانونی تجارت کے خلاف جاری کڑی نگرانی اور سخت مہم کا حصہ ہیں۔

برآمد کیے گئے ڈیزل، ٹرک اور پرائم موورز کو تحویل میں لے لیا گیا ہے اور کسٹمز ایکٹ 1969 کے تحت قانونی کارروائی شروع کر دی گئی ہے۔

فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو (FBR) نے کوئٹہ انفورسمنٹ ٹیم کی کامیاب کارروائی کو سراہا اور اسمگلنگ اور غیر قانونی تجارت کے خلاف اپنے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔
