Customs Enforcement Quetta Seizes Smuggled Goods Worth Rs. 251.325 Million
Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Quetta, in a successful Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO), conducted with the assistance of other Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), and the District Administration Kalat, seized large consignments of smuggled goods with a total estimated value of Rs. 251.325 million.
The seized contraband comprised foreign-origin betel nuts and cloth which were being transported illegally in violation of customs laws. The tentative cost, insurance and freight value of the recovered goods has been assessed at Rs. 251.325 million.
The operation was carried out on the basis of credible intelligence, reflecting the continued commitment of Customs Enforcement Quetta to curb smuggling and protect the national economy. Effective coordination and timely support from the law enforcement agencies of Balochistan played a pivotal role in the successful execution of the operation.
FBR reiterates its resolve to continue strict enforcement actions against smuggling, illicit trade and corrupt practices.

ضبط کیے گئے اسمگل شدہ سامان میں غیر ملکی چھالیہ اور کپڑا شامل تھا جو کسٹمز قوانین کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے غیر قانونی طور پر منتقل کیا جا رہا تھا۔ برآمد شدہ سامان کی قیمت ، انشورنس اورفیریٹ کا تخمینہ پچیس کروڑ تیرہ لاکھہ روپے ہے۔

بنیاد پر عمل میں لائی گئی جو اسمگلنگ کی روک تھام اور قومی معیشت کے تحفظ کے لیے کسٹمز انفورسمنٹ کوئٹہ کی مسلسل کوششوں کی آئینہ دار ہے۔ بلوچستان کے قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کی مؤثر اور بروقت معاونت نے اس کامیاب کارروائی میں کلیدی کردار ادا کیا۔
