FBR Strongly Condemns the Cowardly Attack Resulting in Martyrdom of Two Officials of RTO Peshawar
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) strongly condemns the cowardly attack that resulted in the martyrdom of its officials Sepoy Muqaddar Ali and Sepoy Nazar Muhammad of the Regional Tax Office (RTO), Peshawar. The officials were martyred while they were fulfilling their duties as part of the national drive against tax evaders at a check post established under Section 40D of the Sales Tax ACT 1990, near Kohat Toll Plaza.
The senior leadership of FBR in Peshawar, Chief Commissioner (Peshawar), and Commissioners attended the funeral prayers of the martyred officials.
The Board expresses deep sorrow and pays tribute to the martyred officials who rendered the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. These heinous acts of violence shall only further cement the resolve of the FBR to continue its national duty to safeguard the country’s revenue and enforcement of tax laws.
In this moment of grief, the FBR stands with the families of martyred officials. The Board pledges its complete and unwavering support to the bereaved families and assures them that the entire FBR family stands with them in their time of sorrow. The FBR leadership has assured the families of comprehensive support as per government policy for martyrs. The Board shall ensure all support and entitlements reach the families without delay.
The sacrifice of Sepoy Muqaddar Ali and Sepoy Nazar Muhammad shall never be forgotten.
ایف بی آر کی آر ٹی او پشاور کے دو اہلکاروں کی بزدلانہ حملہ میں شہادت کے المناک واقعے کی شدید مذمت
فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریونیو نے اس بزدلانہ حملے کی شدید مذمت کی ہے جس کے نتیجے میں ریجنل ٹیکس آفس پشاور کے دو اہلکار سپاہی مقدر علی اور سپاہی نذر محمد نے جام شہادت نوش کیا۔ یہ افسوس ناک واقعہ اس وقت پیش آیا جب یہ دونوں اہلکار سیلز ٹیکس ایکٹ، 1990 کی دفعہ D 40 کے تحت کوہاٹ ٹول پلازہ کے نزدیک قائم چیک پوسٹ پر اپنے فرائض سرانجام دے رہے تھے ۔پشاور میں ایف بی آر کی سینئر قیادت چیف کمشنر پشاور اور کمشنروں نے شہدا کی نماز جنازہ میں شرکت کی۔
ایف بی آر ان شہدا کی قربانی پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کرتا ہے اور ان اہلکاروں کو خراجِ عقیدت پیش کرتا ہے جنہوں نے اپنے فرائض کی انجام دہی کے دوران اپنی جانوں کا نذرانہ پیش کیا۔ اس طرح کے بزدلانہ اور مذموم حملے ایف بی آر کے قومی محصولات کے تحفظ اور ٹیکس قوانین کی انفورسمنٹ کے لئے اپنی ذمہ داریاں تندہی سے پوری کرنے کے عزم کو مزید تقویت دیں گے ۔
اس غم کی گھڑی میں ایف بی آر شہدا کے اہل خانہ کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے ۔ بورڈ متاثرہ خاندانوں کو مکمل تعاون اور غیر متزلزل حمایت کی یقین دہانی کراتا ہے اور اس امر کا اعادہ کرتا ہے کہ پوری ایف بی آر فیملی ان کے غم میں برابر کی شریک ہے ۔ایف بی آر کی قیادت نے شہدا کے اہل خانہ کو حکومت کی پالیسی کے مطابق ہر ممکن تعاون کی یقین دہانی کرائی ہے ۔ بورڈ اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گا کہ تمام مالی اور دیگر سہولیات بغیر کسی تاخیر کے ان خاندانوں تک پہنچائی جائیں ۔
سپاہی مقدر علی اور سپاہی نذر محمد کی قربانی کو ہمیشہ یاد رکھا جائے گا ۔
