Federal Board of Revenue has stated that in compliance of decision taken by Federal Government to address the grievance of business community, the FBR is in the process of devising a transparent centralized system for issuance of Income Tax, Sales Tax and Duty Drawback refunds to the taxpayers in an expeditious manner. This process is being undertaken to facilitate the taxpayers across the country. FBR has further explained that the process cannot be made effective unless all the stakeholders extend their full commitment. FBR has urged that any complaint regarding Income Tax and Sales Tax may be reported immediately to Member IR Operations on 051-9201561 or E-mail at memberiroperations@fbr.gov.pk.
ایف بی آر ریفنڈز ادائیگی کا شفاف نظام مرتب کر رہا ہے
فیڈرل بورڈ آف ریوینیونے کہا ہے کہ موجودہ مشکل حالات کے تناظر میں وفاقی حکومت کی طرف سے کئے گئے فیصلہ کے مطابق ایف بی آر انکم ٹیکس، سیلز ٹیکس اور ڈیوٹی ڈرابیک ریفنڈز ادائیگی کا موثر اور شفاف مرکزی نظام وضع کر رہا ہے جس کی بدولت ٹیکس گزاروں کو ریفنڈز کی تیز تر ادائیگی ممکن ہو پائے گی۔تاہم اس سلسلے میں ٹیکس گزاروں کی طرف سے تعاون درکار ہے۔ ایف بی آر نے ٹیکس گزاروں سے درخواست کی ہے کہ اگر ان کو انکم ٹیکس اور سیلز ٹیکس سے متعلق کوئی بھی مشکل پیش آ رہی ہے تو وہ اپنی شکایت فی الفور ممبر آئی آر آپریشنز کو فون نمبر 9201561-051 یا ای میل memberiroperations@fbr.gov.pk پر ارسال کریں تا کہ ان کی شکایت کو دور کیا جائے۔
