Mr. Mehdi Hassan is an officer of Inland Revenue Service having academic and professional background in Finance and Administration. He did his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Interantional Islamic University, Islamabad and then he did Master of Public Adminstartion from University of Biringham, United Kingdom through the Chevening Awards of Foreign, Commonwealth and Development office UK. He also qualified State Bank of Pakistan's Junior Associateship of Institute of Bankers Pakistan (JAIBP) and worked as a Corporate Banker before joining Civil Services of Pakistan. He worked as Assistant Commissioner Inland Revenue in RTO Rawalpindi and Assistant Director in Intelligence & Investigation-Inland Revenue. Before joining International Taxes, he worked for Coordination and M&E for Pakistan Raises Revenue Program of FBR. He is currently posted as Second Secretary (Exchange of Information) and also holds additional charge of Second Secretary (Automatic Exchange of Information) at FBR HQs, Islamabad.
