Tax Awareness Educational Session held in Capital Police College, Islamabad
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), through its Taxpayers Services Wing, organized a tax awareness session at Capital Police College, Islamabad.
The FBR team including Zafar Iqbal Khan, Second Secretary (Tax Education), Salman Khaliq (Inspector), Zia Farooqi (Coordinator) and Manzoor Hussain from Taxpayers’ Services Wing.
The session was attended by Shams-ul-Haq Durrani (SSP/Director Special Initiatives ICTP), Safdar Abad (DSP), Mashooque Ali Dahri (Chief Law Inspector) and police officials.
During the session, Zafar Iqbal Khan gave a comprehensive presentation on the tax structure and overall working of FBR. He highlighted the various measures being taken by FBR to enhance the transparency and efficiency of the revenue collecting system.
At the end of seminar, a detailed Q&A session was conducted, where giveaways were distributed amongst the active participants. The event concluded with the presentation of souvenir to Sham-ul-Haq Durrani (SSP/ Director Special Initiatives ICPT).
