The Regional Tax Office (RTO) Rawalpindi hosted a momentous ceremony today to honor the pioneering efforts of the first four traders who have officially registered themselves under the Tajir Dost Scheme, introduced by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). This initiative marks a significant milestone in promoting tax compliance and formalizing the informal economy within the region.
Ms. Tehmina Aamer, Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, expressed her appreciation to the pioneering traders for their proactive engagement with the Tajir Dost Scheme. Ms. Tehmina personally awarded registration certificates to the traders. She declared the registered traders as ambassadors of the RTO, Rawalpindi, recognizing their commitment to compliance and contribution to the national economy.
The honored traders, expressed their gratitude to Ms. Tehmina Aamer and the RTO, Rawalpindi, for their support and encouragement. They pledged to actively promote awareness about the Tajir Dost Scheme among their peers and colleagues, underscoring their dedication to fostering a culture of compliance and accountability within the business community.
The Chief Commissioner also appreciated the dedication and hard work of the District Tax Officers and their teams involved in implementing the Tajir Dost Scheme. As the Tajir Dost Scheme continues to gain momentum, the RTO, Rawalpindi, remains committed to facilitating and supporting traders in their journey towards tax compliance.

ریجنل ٹیکس آفس راولپنڈی میں پیر کے روز اُن چار تاجروں کو خراج تحسین پیش کرنے کے لئے ایک تقریب کا اہتمام کیا گیا جنہوں نے ایف بی آر کی طرف سے متعارف کرائی گئی تاجر دوست سکیم کے تحت خود کو باضابطہ طو رپر رجسٹر کرانے میں پہل کی ہے۔ یہ انی شیٹیو ٹیکس کمپلائنس کو فروغ دینے اور غیردستاویزی معیشت کو دستاویزی بنانے میں ایک اہم سنگ میل کی حیثیت رکھتا ہے۔ اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے چیف کمشنر ان لینڈ ریونیو تہمینہ عامرنے تاجر دوست سکیم میں رجسٹریشن کرانے میں پہل کرنے والے تاجروں کی تعریف کی اور انہیں رجسٹریشن سرٹیفیکیٹ دیئے۔ انہوں نے رجسٹرڈ تاجروں کو آر ٹی او راولپنڈی کے سفیر قرار دیتے ہوئے ٹیکس کمپلائنس اور قومی معیشت میں اپنا حصہ ڈالنے کے عزم کو سراہا۔
تاجر دوست سکیم کے رجسٹریشن سرٹیفیکیٹ حاصل کرنے والے تاجروں نے حوصلہ افزائی اور تعاون کرنے پر چیف کمشنر تہمینہ عامر اور آر ٹی او راولپنڈی کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ انہوں نے تاجر برادری میں کمپلائنس اور جواب دہی کے کلچر کو پروان چڑھانے اوراپنے دیگر تاجر ساتھیوں کو تاجر دوست سکیم کے بارے میں آگاہ کرنے کے لئے پوری تندہی سے کام کرنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔ چیف کمشنر نے تاجر دوست سکیم پر عمل درآمد میں شامل ڈسٹرکٹ ٹیکس آفیسرز اور ان کی ٹیموں کی محنت اور لگن کو بھی سراہا۔ آر ٹی اوراولپنڈی تاجر دوست سکیم کے تحت ٹیکس کمپلائنس کی راہ پر گامزن تاجروں کو ہر ممکن سہولت اور مدد فراہم کرنے کے لئے پر عزم ہے۔
